I think its important that every so often you stop and think of all the things that you do to make your partner's life easier...

this is the actual spot where the rubber hits the road when you love somebody...

what do you do to help them achieve their goals?... what do you do and what do you give of yourself in order that your partner can either become or continue to be the person that they want to be?...

this isn't little things... its big things...

in the end this is what makes a relationship special and and this is what makes the difference between a boyfreind or a girlfreind and a true life partner...

think about it... maybe you do nothing, maybe you do a lot...

maybe you never thought of it that way...

i dont wanna hear about kicking anybody's ass and a bunch of crap you wont do...

i am so close to just going to registered users only because a few of you people just aint got no sense at all when it comes to my blog...

i get a lot of mail asking me why i let knuckleheads post on here... i am wondering that also.. i probably know half you guys!... so cut it out...

The band

Ok... While i was at superweek bahati called me up and said that him and ma records were at this guy's house and that there was a kit and some guitars and some amps... And he asked me if i wanted to go play....

So i got up in the van and drove over to where he was near the stadium and i walked up to the house and went into the basement where this guy damian had this whole recording studio set up and he was playing guitar with bahati on the drums and billy innes on the bass...

So then i kicked billy off and got up in there and we started rockin out... And we decided that we were going to make a band... And we switched bahati over to front man and went for some bahati linkin park with jonas carney on the drums... We had the bike racer (current and retired) band going full tilt there for a while... It was pretty good... I have to get the photos and there was a bit recorded too... I think its a silly thing with bahati saying any old thing on the mic... But its in mixdown right now and i will put up the mp3 as soon as i get it...

Some of my best moments and most print worthy blatherings have been right here in this ugly black van over the past 4 years...

the mcguire team bought the old ofoto van... They took the stickers off but you can still read the writing because tbis van is really dirty... And it stinks in here... The guys that keep it at their house never wash it... Its all splattered with dirt and mud...

Yeah... So back to my book...

I am going to cover a lot of stuff... But i will spend a lot of time on dating and courtship... And then a lot of the things that i have learned from other people like dom perras and jon hamblen...

This website is gettong boring to me because i would like to complain a lot more than what i have been doing... So i think i will be getting a bit more negative...

like i might just not do a blog anymore... It sort of sucks...

i havent said anything good in a while...

Day off

Today is day off then i will hit it hard the next 4 days... Try to get another win... Ride as hard as i can...

Tonite is all thw way up near greenbay and i wouldnt get back till late late...

Lakefront Road Race...

it went ok... My goal was to score points for the overall since the road races are double... There is 7000 for the top 20 so i wanted move into the first ten while i could... I did that but i was only 11th... I felt very strong... I should have been in the group that arrived for 3rd... Leiswyn went accros s to them with 2 to go and i was following him and mccook when they attacked up the hill... But i was near the back of the group and they went from the front... I saw them go from the bottom after a left turn and i hadnt even started the turn myself... So as soon as i had clear road i went around but as the hill (called snake hill) bent around a few times it blocked the road off and i couldnt get by... So that was that... On the last lap i ended up riding clear alone for 11th...
Henderson rode a big ride to win... It was pretty good... And J.Al went really well also to be 4th... Roman kilun is out here now and was the bubble boy in 26th... The first guy to not get paid...

This is jackson's phone... Its a p910a something... And it sucks... Not as good as a treo... He got it to try to one up me.... See he got a sidekick (like the one for highschool kids)... But then I busted out with the treo 650 and he had to hide his little thing... So now he thinks he has some cool phone.. But it aint a treo...

Jackson checks my site 20 times a day... And he posts as "i hate you" and some other stuff... I crashed his team's house and I am staying for dinner and he is pissed...

menzies was ejected from the country today in a "loser goes home forever match" with myself... Menzies is one of the worst trash talkers there is.. Worse even than me...
