haters abound...
cycling utah in the aprill 2005 issue said i came off as a complete idiot in PRO (refering to the "doors" bit)... hate on haters... i thought it would come off as being a slighlty comical way to relate a truth about cycling... other bike racers thought of it that way... but when you are a hater then you just hate on stuff...

I thought the "doors" bit in PRO was a great metaphor that captured the psychological battles within bicycle racing. Ignore those guys, their doors are closed.
It confused my non-cycling friends. I got it though. And you do seem to be ballin' out lately too. I don't get paid near enough I guess.
naw, erik...i use your 'close the doors' in my mind regularly these days - i close the doors of chicks in races and have you to thank for the title. you gave me a laugh, but i remember your name and always look to see your stats as time goes on. keep it up, man. you're doin' the deal...
