ive just not got a lot to say... i dont ever really say much really about my personal life on my site... i just use it to pretend that i am a fun single guy... but its not true at all... i am really getting married this saturday... if being single just means that you arent married then i have a week left of that...
i had a great bachelor party with the guys on Saturday in santa barbara... some of you guys from LA didn't make it.. it was short notice and i forgive you.. but you missed some good fun...
so.. its all over... not that i ever actually did anything fun anyway... i didn't ever live the mike jones lifestyle... even though i always wanted to.. i didn't even ever live the p-lo lifestyle... what can you say?... maybe i always knew that it was harder work than it seems... i never have been a fan of hard work that didnt involve pedaling a bike...
so... yeah... now i am going to be a married guy...
i know women.. i am guy who would be a great coach even though he was never a great player himself... so i am going to bring back the romance advice... it was really popular... but i am not really wanting to give relationship advice... i will only give advice to singe people... i want to help young players have the career that i never had... so e mail me

Congratulation!!! Your lucky to find some one to spend there life with you. I've been marry for 10 years. It's hard at times but life is hard. I have a great wife she lets me race. That's a big deal. Alot of wifes don't let there husbands race after they get marry because they want them home. So I'm very lucky. And I have two kids that really puts a new prespective life. Good Luck with your new life!!!
dammit slover.. i just cant count on you to be bitter and hateful can i?
Congratulations! Welcome to the club. I am a "Fatty Master" in the marriage department as we have just recently celebrated 15 years of wedded bliss.
Okay, now that the laughing is done - do you remember how you felt when you made that last-ditch attack in Philly two years ago, right after Lemmon hill? That hurt, didn't it? Hurt bad? OK, then you're merely warmed up for marriage, 'cause it can sure hurt worse that that at times! ou have to be determined to see it through, otherwise you'll be a D-town loser, and be sprinting for primes in obscure races to pay alimony. Alternately, you'll stay married, quit racing, and gain 50 pounds. So I hope she does let you keep racing, because I don't want to see if your body can get as big as your big-ass oversized head!
And best wishes!
why are you such a commedian?...
Congrats Erik,
I know it's a cliche, but marriage really makes some things subtly different. My wife and I were together for 8 years before we tied the knot. I really wish I did it sooner. It made a big difference to her and we're really happy.
(just don't let my wife see this comment or she'll know she won)
Hmmm, because I'd rather be the funny, likeable guy that no one minds having around, rather than the cynical old prick that everyone looks at at the party and thinks "What did they invite that a$$hole for?"....
