i wont take that personally... i was thinking that this quote is a bit idealistic... PR is as strong as the truth isnt it?... you have to go pretty far down to find where a falsehood and a truth collide sometimes... there are always ripples... that are sometimes damaging, and that are sometimes not felt hardly at all...
i think the way things are these day is that PR is the truth. and worse yet.. the truth is whatever serves one's interests. the thing i know about the truth is that its always informed by our intentions, needs, desires.... the truth is always motivated. unless you are open.... and i think if you are open.. the truth is a little depressing.
for me.. i can only find a truth in paradox. i think if anyone is selling you one truth .. well, that's usually only half the truth.
holy crap i must be in a mood. i need pizza. this got way too existential. blech. you tired from all the racing or feeling fairly fresh still? seems like all you guys have been hitting pretty hard the last few weeks.
"PR is not as strong as the TRUTH" is what you tell someone when they're doing a bad job of lying. If you don't truly believe your own lies then it's time to take a good long look in the mirror and ask yourself "where did I go wrong?" and really think about what it is that you can lie about with passion and dignity.

people are generally numb to these kinds of things anyway... so who really even can recognize when they are feeling the repercutions of deception?

websites tend to be one-way... but a blog can go anywhere that the people want to take it... its kind of like a newsgroup in that way...

Real PR isn't PR at all and is therefor truly PR.
