i watch that show transgeneration on logo... and its not that great a show but its somewhat interesting late at night... so i am wondering about lucas becoming a guy.. and i am just not that convinced of it all... how can they give you a penis?... so i started googling...
there are a lot of procedures.. the results are not at all convincing... they can enlarge the clitoris (Metoidioplasty) or they can actually make a whole new "penis" that looks more like a weirdo magic water snake like you used could get from amusement parks and the fair and magic shops... either way this "penis" doesnt work like a penis... its a tough life... if you wanna see some wacky shit google it yourslef... "Metoidioplasty" and "Phalloplasty"...

but seriously this is some intersting shit if you care to get into it... especially the hormone side of things...

It's not everyday that a website takes a step up from Penis jokes to an academic (and disturbingly interesting) discourse on transgender issues and corrective/adaptive surgery. Usually it goes the other way.
