i think the time has come for countertop refrigerators for home use... like a side by side refrig-freezer that sits on the counter top... its the thing to do... i hate bending down into the veggie drawer and the lower parts of a standard refrigerator... even if you have a freezer drawer underneath you still have to bend down...
underneath you can have a cabinet with three wide and deep drawers to put related crap that usually would go in a pantry.. like bread or pb and jam... or all your tupperwares...

definitely agree. I hate having to bend down. Countertops, sinks, whatever. they are all too low. The height has not been raised in decades, and people are a lot taller.
