so i went to the track this morning and i was WAY too early and then i left to go get lunch and a coffee... and i came back and got on the track and did the scratch heats and i didnt even make it to the finals... it was pretty funny... i didnt care to tell you the truth because thats just one less thing to do later in the day.. so i drove home to the desert...
i had andy stone from shimano tech support put on a 51x14 so i can actually go fast and we will give it another go tomorrow...
i feel really good and the heats were silly easy but i just couldnt ride fast because i was really under geared... that track is really fast and i cant go with a 49x14 like i had on there before...
its typical that guys will ride 94 and 96 in a scratch race... for those of you who kow what that means...

I went to some training races earlier this year and with the *slowest* group I thought 50x15 was too small so went to 51x15.
Marymoor has been 47x13 most of the year....94+ or go home.
i thought you were just bitching Saunders, but Kerkhoff just said the same thing.
