the scotts used to have their own nation and now they dont because they got their butts kicked by the english who now own them... they were once a proud people who talked so much trash that the limeys had to come over and crush their teeth in...
in order to make them feel better about it they let them have their own flag and football team and their own nominal parliament... but everyone knows that they are just losers who got whupped up on by the english... and now they are all just english...
I'm Scottish and from Scotland... WE own England. England *thinks* it owns us. That's why we've got Hadrians wall at the border to keep the English out.

I suppose people might know to what you are referring if you had written "Scots" instead of "scotts" (as in SCOTland)
or they might know what you were talking about if they weren't morons concerned with spelling errors...
